CyFun Compliance Assessment Tool — Asphalia Consulting SRL
1. About the tool
The CyFun Compliance Assessment Tool (the “Tool”) is a free online tool provided by Asphalia Consulting SRL (VAT: BE 0804.870.960) that helps organisations self-assess their compliance with the CyberFundamentals Framework (CyFun), the Belgian cybersecurity framework published by the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB). The Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially approved by the CCB. CyFun and its underlying framework content are the property of the CCB and the Belgian State.
2. No legal or compliance advice
This Tool is provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, certification, or a definitive compliance determination. The results generated by this Tool are indicative only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal or security counsel, or as evidence of compliance with any regulatory obligation. Asphalia Consulting SRL expressly recommends that users consult qualified legal and cybersecurity professionals before making compliance decisions or submitting formal assessments to any authority.
3. No warranty
The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The CyberFundamentals Framework content embedded in the Tool is sourced from publicly available CCB documentation and is reproduced in good faith, but Asphalia Consulting SRL makes no warranty that it is complete, current, or reflects the latest CCB publications, regulatory interpretations, or legislative amendments. Users are advised to verify requirements against official CCB sources at cyfun.eu.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, including the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique), Asphalia Consulting SRL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this Tool, including damages resulting from reliance on the assessment results, loss of data, or failure to obtain a compliance certification. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
5. You are the data controller of your assessment data
All assessment data you enter (organisation names, scores, notes, evidence) is stored exclusively in your own browser’s local storage. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and for compliance with any applicable data protection obligations relating to that content. Asphalia Consulting SRL does not process, access, or receive this data. If your assessment data includes personal data relating to individuals, you act as the data controller for that data under GDPR and are responsible for ensuring an appropriate legal basis for its processing.
6. Intellectual property
All design, source code, branding, and original content of the Tool are the property of Asphalia Consulting SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The CyberFundamentals Framework, its structure, requirement identifiers, and official documentation are the property of the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB) and the Belgian State, made publicly available under the terms determined by the CCB. You may use this Tool freely for personal and professional purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of the Tool’s source code or design without prior written consent from Asphalia Consulting SRL.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of this Tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Tool at any time without prior notice. We recommend exporting regular JSON backups of your assessment data using the Export / Import function.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Tool that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels (Tribunal de première instance francophone de Bruxelles), unless mandatory consumer protection law designates another competent court.
9. Pro plan subscription
The Tool offers an optional paid subscription (“Pro plan”) that provides cloud synchronisation, unlimited organisations, sector benchmarks, history restore, and progress reports. By subscribing to the Pro plan:
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (€29/month or €249/year). Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
- Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page or via the Stripe billing portal. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: given the immediate availability of the digital service upon subscription, no refunds are provided after a billing period has started, in accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
- Account deletion: you may delete your account at any time. This permanently erases all synced data from our servers and cancels any active subscription.
- Service level: the Pro plan is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the sync service but do not guarantee uptime. Regular JSON backups are recommended.
The free version of the Tool remains fully functional without a subscription.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The date below indicates the last revision. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Le CyFun Compliance Assessment Tool (l’« Outil ») est un outil en ligne gratuit fourni par Asphalia Consulting SRL (TVA : BE 0804.870.960) qui aide les organisations à autoévaluer leur conformité au CyberFundamentals Framework (CyFun), le cadre belge de cybersécurité publié par le Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB). L’Outil n’est ni affilié au CCB, ni approuvé ou officiellement reconnu par celui-ci. CyFun et le contenu du cadre sous-jacent sont la propriété du CCB et de l’État belge.
2. Absence de conseil juridique ou de conformité
Le présent Outil est mis à disposition à des fins d’information et d’autoévaluation uniquement. Il ne constitue pas un conseil juridique, une orientation réglementaire, une certification, ni une détermination définitive de conformité. Les résultats générés par cet Outil sont purement indicatifs et ne sauraient se substituer à un conseil juridique ou en sécurité dispensé par un professionnel qualifié, ni être invoqués comme preuve de conformité à une quelconque obligation réglementaire. Asphalia Consulting SRL recommande expressément aux utilisateurs de consulter des professionnels qualifiés en droit et en cybersécurité avant de prendre des décisions en matière de conformité ou de soumettre des évaluations formelles à toute autorité compétente.
3. Absence de garantie
L’Outil est fourni « en l’état » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d’aucune sorte, expresse ou tacite, y compris, sans s’y limiter, toute garantie d’exactitude, d’exhaustivité, d’adéquation à un usage particulier ou d’absence de violation de droits de tiers. Le contenu du CyberFundamentals Framework intégré dans l’Outil est issu de la documentation CCB accessible au public et est reproduit de bonne foi ; toutefois, Asphalia Consulting SRL ne garantit pas qu’il soit complet, à jour ou conforme aux dernières publications du CCB, aux interprétations réglementaires ou aux modifications législatives en vigueur. Les utilisateurs sont invités à vérifier les exigences applicables auprès des sources officielles du CCB sur cyfun.eu.
4. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par le droit belge applicable, notamment le Code de droit économique (Wetboek van Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique), Asphalia Consulting SRL ne pourra être tenue responsable de quelque dommage direct, indirect, accessoire, consécutif, spécial ou punitif que ce soit, résultant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilité d’utiliser le présent Outil, y compris les dommages découlant d’une confiance accordée aux résultats de l’évaluation, d’une perte de données ou de l’impossibilité d’obtenir une certification de conformité. Cette limitation s’applique quelle que soit la théorie de la responsabilité invoquée.
5. Vous êtes le responsable du traitement de vos données d’évaluation
L’ensemble des données d’évaluation que vous saisissez (noms d’organisations, scores, notes, éléments probants) est stocké exclusivement dans le stockage local de votre propre navigateur. Vous êtes seul(e) responsable du contenu que vous y saisissez ainsi que du respect de toute obligation applicable en matière de protection des données relative à ce contenu. Asphalia Consulting SRL ne traite pas, n’accède pas et ne reçoit pas ces données. Si vos données d’évaluation comprennent des données à caractère personnel relatives à des personnes physiques, vous agissez en qualité de responsable du traitement de ces données au sens du RGPD et il vous appartient de vous assurer de l’existence d’une base juridique appropriée pour leur traitement.
6. Propriété intellectuelle
L’ensemble des éléments de conception graphique, du code source, de l’image de marque et du contenu original de l’Outil sont la propriété d’Asphalia Consulting SRL et sont protégés par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle applicable. Le CyberFundamentals Framework, sa structure, ses identifiants d’exigences et sa documentation officielle sont la propriété du Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB) et de l’État belge, mis à disposition du public dans les conditions définies par le CCB. Vous pouvez utiliser librement le présent Outil à des fins personnelles et professionnelles. Il vous est interdit de reproduire, redistribuer, revendre ou créer des œuvres dérivées du code source ou des éléments graphiques de l’Outil sans le consentement préalable écrit d’Asphalia Consulting SRL.
7. Disponibilité
Nous ne garantissons pas la disponibilité continue, exempte d’erreurs ou permanente du présent Outil. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou cesser définitivement l’Outil à tout moment et sans préavis. Nous vous recommandons d’exporter régulièrement des sauvegardes JSON de vos données d’évaluation via la fonction Exporter / Importer.
8. Droit applicable et juridiction compétente
Les présentes Conditions sont régies et interprétées conformément au droit belge. Tout litige découlant des présentes Conditions ou de l’utilisation de l’Outil qui ne pourrait être résolu à l’amiable sera soumis à la compétence exclusive du Tribunal de première instance francophone de Bruxelles, sauf disposition impérative du droit de la protection des consommateurs désignant un autre tribunal compétent.
9. Abonnement Pro
L’Outil propose un abonnement payant optionnel (« plan Pro ») offrant la synchronisation cloud, un nombre illimité d’organisations, les benchmarks sectoriels, la restauration d’historique et les rapports de progression. En souscrivant au plan Pro :
- Facturation : les paiements sont traités par Stripe. Vous autorisez des prélèvements récurrents au tarif affiché au moment de l’achat (29 €/mois ou 249 €/an). Les tarifs peuvent être modifiés moyennant un préavis de 30 jours.
- Résiliation : vous pouvez résilier votre abonnement à tout moment depuis la page Compte ou via le portail de facturation Stripe. L’accès aux fonctionnalités Pro se poursuit jusqu’à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
- Remboursement : compte tenu de la disponibilité immédiate du service numérique dès la souscription, aucun remboursement n’est accordé après le début d’une période de facturation, conformément à l’article VI.53, 13°, du Code de droit économique belge.
- Suppression du compte : vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment. Cela efface définitivement toutes les données synchronisées de nos serveurs et annule tout abonnement actif.
- Niveau de service : le plan Pro est fourni « en l’état ». Nous déployons des efforts raisonnables pour maintenir le service de synchronisation, sans toutefois garantir sa disponibilité. Des sauvegardes JSON régulières sont recommandées.
La version gratuite de l’Outil reste pleinement fonctionnelle sans abonnement.
10. Modifications des présentes Conditions
Nous pouvons mettre à jour les présentes Conditions à tout moment. La date indiquée ci-dessous correspond à la dernière révision. La poursuite de l’utilisation de l’Outil après toute mise à jour vaut acceptation des Conditions révisées.

1. Over de tool
De CyFun Compliance Assessment Tool (de “Tool”) is een gratis online tool aangeboden door Asphalia Consulting SRL (BTW: BE 0804.870.960) die organisaties helpt hun conformiteit met het CyberFundamentals Framework (CyFun) zelf te beoordelen. CyFun is het Belgisch cyberbeveiligingskader gepubliceerd door het Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB). De Tool is niet gelieerd aan het CCB, wordt niet door het CCB onderschreven en heeft geen officiële goedkeuring van het CCB ontvangen. CyFun en de onderliggende frameworkinhoud zijn eigendom van het CCB en de Belgische Staat.
2. Geen juridisch of nalevingsadvies
Deze Tool wordt uitsluitend ter beschikking gesteld voor informatieve doeleinden en voor zelfevaluatie. Zij vormt geen juridisch advies, geen reglementaire leidraad, geen certificering en evenmin een definitieve nalevingsbepaling. De door deze Tool gegenereerde resultaten zijn louter indicatief en mogen niet worden beschouwd als een vervanging voor professioneel juridisch of beveiligingsadvies, noch als bewijs van naleving van enige reglementaire verplichting. Asphalia Consulting SRL beveelt gebruikers uitdrukkelijk aan om gekwalificeerde juridische en cyberbeveiligingsprofessionals te raadplegen alvorens nalevingsbeslissingen te nemen of formele beoordelingen in te dienen bij enige bevoegde autoriteit.
3. Geen garantie
De Tool wordt aangeboden “zoals zij is” en “naar beschikbaarheid”, zonder enige garantie van welke aard dan ook, uitdrukkelijk of stilzwijgend, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot garanties van nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel of het niet schenden van rechten van derden. De inhoud van het CyberFundamentals Framework dat in de Tool is opgenomen, is afkomstig uit openbaar beschikbare CCB-documentatie en wordt te goeder trouw gereproduceerd; Asphalia Consulting SRL garandeert echter niet dat deze inhoud volledig, actueel of in overeenstemming is met de meest recente CCB-publicaties, reglementaire interpretaties of wetswijzigingen. Gebruikers wordt aangeraden de toepasselijke vereisten te verifiëren aan de hand van de officiële CCB-bronnen op cyfun.eu.
4. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover toegestaan door het toepasselijke Belgische recht, met inbegrip van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht (Wetboek van Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique), is Asphalia Consulting SRL niet aansprakelijk voor enige directe, indirecte, incidentele, gevolgschade, bijzondere of bestraffende schade die voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met het gebruik van of de onmogelijkheid tot gebruik van deze Tool, met inbegrip van schade als gevolg van het vertrouwen op de beoordelingsresultaten, gegevensverlies of het niet verkrijgen van een nalevingscertificering. Deze beperking geldt ongeacht de ingeroepen aansprakelijkheidsgrondslag.
5. U bent de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor uw beoordelingsgegevens
Alle beoordelingsgegevens die u invoert (namen van organisaties, scores, notities, bewijsmateriaal) worden uitsluitend opgeslagen in de lokale opslag van uw eigen browser. U bent als enige verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud die u invoert en voor de naleving van alle toepasselijke verplichtingen inzake gegevensbescherming met betrekking tot die inhoud. Asphalia Consulting SRL verwerkt deze gegevens niet, heeft er geen toegang toe en ontvangt ze niet. Indien uw beoordelingsgegevens persoonsgegevens bevatten met betrekking tot natuurlijke personen, treedt u op als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor die gegevens in de zin van de AVG en bent u verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een passende rechtsgrondslag voor de verwerking ervan.
6. Intellectuele eigendom
Het ontwerp, de broncode, de huisstijl en de originele inhoud van de Tool zijn eigendom van Asphalia Consulting SRL en worden beschermd door het toepasselijke intellectuele-eigendomsrecht. Het CyberFundamentals Framework, de structuur ervan, de vereiste-identificatoren en de officiële documentatie zijn eigendom van het Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB) en de Belgische Staat, en worden openbaar beschikbaar gesteld onder de voorwaarden bepaald door het CCB. U mag deze Tool vrijelijk gebruiken voor persoonlijke en professionele doeleinden. Het is u niet toegestaan de broncode of het ontwerp van de Tool te reproduceren, te herverdelen, door te verkopen of afgeleide werken te creëren zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Asphalia Consulting SRL.
7. Beschikbaarheid
Wij garanderen geen ononderbroken, foutloze of permanente beschikbaarheid van deze Tool. Wij behouden ons het recht voor de Tool op elk moment en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen, te onderbreken of definitief stop te zetten. Wij raden u aan regelmatig JSON-back-ups van uw beoordelingsgegevens te exporteren via de functie Exporteren / Importeren.
8. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechter
Deze Voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd overeenkomstig het Belgische recht. Elk geschil dat voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met deze Voorwaarden of het gebruik van de Tool en dat niet in der minne kan worden opgelost, wordt voorgelegd aan de uitsluitende bevoegdheid van de Franstalige rechtbank van eerste aanleg te Brussel (Tribunal de première instance francophone de Bruxelles), tenzij dwingendrechtelijke bepalingen van consumentenbescherming een andere bevoegde rechter aanwijzen.
9. Pro-abonnement
De Tool biedt een optioneel betaald abonnement (“Pro-abonnement”) dat cloudsynchronisatie, onbeperkte organisaties, sectorale benchmarks, geschiedenisherstel en voortgangsrapporten omvat. Door u te abonneren op het Pro-abonnement:
- Facturering: betalingen worden verwerkt door Stripe. U machtigt terugkerende afschrijvingen tegen het tarief dat op het moment van aankoop wordt weergegeven (€29/maand of €249/jaar). Tarieven kunnen met 30 dagen voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.
- Opzegging: u kunt uw abonnement op elk moment opzeggen via de pagina Account of het factureringsportaal van Stripe. Toegang tot Pro-functionaliteiten blijft behouden tot het einde van de lopende factureringsperiode.
- Terugbetaling: gezien de onmiddellijke beschikbaarheid van de digitale dienst bij het afsluiten van het abonnement, worden geen terugbetalingen verricht na aanvang van een factureringsperiode, overeenkomstig artikel VI.53, 13°, van het Belgische Wetboek van Economisch Recht.
- Accountverwijdering: u kunt uw account op elk moment verwijderen. Dit wist permanent alle gesynchroniseerde gegevens van onze servers en annuleert elk actief abonnement.
- Serviceniveau: het Pro-abonnement wordt geleverd “zoals het is”. Wij leveren redelijke inspanningen om de synchronisatiedienst in stand te houden, maar garanderen geen beschikbaarheid. Regelmatige JSON-back-ups worden aanbevolen.
De gratis versie van de Tool blijft volledig functioneel zonder abonnement.
10. Wijzigingen aan deze Voorwaarden
Wij kunnen deze Voorwaarden te allen tijde bijwerken. De hieronder vermelde datum geeft de laatste wijziging aan. Voortgezet gebruik van de Tool na een bijwerking geldt als aanvaarding van de herziene Voorwaarden.
